Site and Environment:

The location's natural contour adds value in reinforcing the natural tendency to reside with overhangs. This helps the residents participate with the beautiful sunsets of the place.

Developing the Solution

The creation of this floor plan involved a meticulous architectural process that considered the site's unique characteristics and the client's specific needs.

Our team of led by Lead designer Seema Sancheti worked closely with Mr. Pradeep to understand his vision and design preferences. We carefully considered the site's orientation to maximize natural light and ventilation while ensuring privacy and security.

The ground floor layout was designed to provide seamless connectivity between the common areas, allowing for comfortable and private living spaces. The bedrooms on the first floor were designed with attention to detail, including generous walk-in closets and en-suite bathrooms. Finally, the private study on the second floor was designed to provide Mr. Pradeep with a comfortable and peaceful workspace to suit his specific requirements.

We are confident that our architectural process has resulted in a floor plan that meets and exceeds Mr. Pradeep's expectations, and we can't wait to see his dream home come to life.

Our design process included thoroughly analysing the site's features and the surrounding landscape to create an elevation that blends seamlessly with the natural environment. We have used modern and traditional architectural elements to create a unique and timeless design that will turn heads.

The front elevation features a grand entrance with a striking facade sets the tone for the luxurious interiors. We have incorporated large windows and balconies to provide stunning views of the surrounding landscape while maximising natural light and ventilation. The materials used in the elevation design have been carefully selected to complement the overall design aesthetic and provide long-lasting durability.
