The listed per square foot price covers the core design deliverables outlined in your chosen package (Lite, Basic, or Advance+), such as initial concepts, floor plans, 3D elevations, and necessary revisions as per the package. Crucially, this price is for design services only and does not include construction, site visits, material costs, or statutory approval processes. Are there any hidden costs or additional charges?
We believe in transparent pr. The package price covers the specified design deliverables. Costs not included are construction, material procurement, physical site visits (as we are an online service), local authority approvals, or any services beyond the agreed design scope. Additional charges may apply only for add-on services you choose (like extra revisions beyond your package limit, specific detailed drawings not included in lower tiers) or if the project scope (e.g., area, floors) significantly changes after the design process begins.
How is the total Design Area (Sq Ft) calculated for project?
We calculate the chargeable Design Area based on the total buildable area derived from your plot details and requirements, following standard architectural practices. This typically includes all covered floor spaces. We will confirm the final chargeable area with you after the initial floor plan is approved. (e.g., excluding open parking/fields and uncovered terraces).
What if my project requirements or area change after we start?
Our initial quote is based on the information you provide. If key parameters like total area, number of floors, or core functional requirements change significantly after the initial design phase (e.g., floor plan approval), we'll need to discuss the impact. This may require a scope revision and potential adjustment to the final design fee based on the new requirements, including charges for excess area (currently Rs 30/sqft*).

The listed per room/unit price covers the comprehensive online interior design services for that specific space, including deliverables like initial concepts, furniture layout, 3D photorealistic views, working drawings for vendors, material suggestions, and revisions as outlined in the package. This price is strictly for design services only. It does not include the cost of purchasing furniture/materials, any physical execution work (carpentry, painting etc.), or site visits. Are there any hidden costs or additional charges?
We prioritize transparency. The package price covers the specified design deliverables for the agreed number of units. Costs not included are the actual furniture, decor, materials, any construction/renovation work, contractor fees, or physical site visits. Additional charges apply only for add-on services (like extra meetings or revisions beyond the package limit) or if the project scope (number of rooms, specific complex requirements not initially discussed) changes significantly after starting.
How do you define a 'Unit' or 'Room' for the per-unit pr?
Typically, a standard room like a Bedroom, Living Room, or Kitchen counts as one 'Unit'. Common areas might be grouped or defined based on size and function during consultation. Our standard pr often assumes a unit size up to approx. 150 sq ft. Significantly larger spaces or combined areas might be considered as multiple units, which we will clarify in your custom quote. eg: A Living Room with Carpet area of 270 sqft will be considered as 2 Units.
How does the discount for 4+ Units work?
We offer a preferential rate for larger projects. If your project involves designing 4 or more distinct units (as defined above), you benefit from our 'Value Design' pr, which offers a lower cost per unit compared to the standard rate for 1-3 units. The specific discounted rate is shown in the package cmp.
What if my project scope (e.g., number of rooms) changes after we start?
The quote is based on the number of units agreed upon initially. If you decide to add more rooms/units to the design scope after the project begins, we will provide a revised quote reflecting the additional units, usually priced according to our standard package rates or volume discounts as applicable.
