Our architecture packages are designed to fit different needs and budgets. The Lite package includes an initial design proposal and a floor plan design. The Basic package includes everything in the Lite package, plus elevation design and structure design. The Advance+ package includes everything in the Basic package plus plumbing and electrical designs. You can find a complete breakdown of each package on our website.
The number of free revisions depends on the package you choose. The Lite package includes one free revision, the Basic package includes two, and the Advance+ package includes unlimited revisions. Additional revisions can be purchased separately.
Video meetings are a chance for you to discuss your project with your architect directly. The number of meetings included depends on your package. Additional meetings can be arranged for a fee.
We offer after-sales support to ensure you're completely satisfied with your project. The duration and cost of this support depend on your package.

Ongrid is a Pune-based design studio. Active project geographies span Maharashtra (Pune, Mumbai, Nashik, Thane) and Karnataka (Bangalore, Mangalore, Hassan, Yadgir), plus shipped work in Goa, Hyderabad, and Coimbatore. The studio stays small by design; capacity is moving toward 50–100 high-value projects per year.
Architecture — for clients with land. Sqft-based pricing, fixed before drawings begin. Plot-to-handover-of-drawings; see the architecture service.
Interior — for cold-shell apartments and post-construction villas. Per-room pricing — one room is calculated as up to 150 sqft. Design only; the contractor is yours to choose. see the interior service.
The architects are salaried, not freelance. The structural, electrical, and plumbing consultants work in the same room as the designers. The studio holds no commercial relationship with the trades that will eventually quote against its drawings.
