The studio
Ongrid Design was founded in 2019 by Abhishek Pramanick and Seema Abhishek Pramanick. Seema leads the architectural and interior practice; her work since 2005 has spanned luxury residential and large-scale commercial design across hospitality, retail, and residential. Abhishek runs operations, brand, product, and the technology stack the studio sits inside.
The team
Architects on every project are salaried, in-house. Structural, electrical, and plumbing consultants work in the same room as the designers, on the same project, under the same roof. Nothing is sub-let, and nothing is brokered out.
What we do, and what we don't
Two services. Architecture for clients who own the land — sqft-based, plot-to-handover-of-drawings. Interior for cold shells — apartments and post-construction villas, priced by the room, design only. We draw; the contractor of your choosing builds. The studio holds no rebates, no commissions, and no preferred-vendor arrangements with the trades that will eventually quote against our drawings.
