1. Design services: delivered digitally
We deliver design work digitally, as PDF drawings and, where your package includes them, CAD files. We send them to your registered email and make them available in your account. The timeline for each stage is set out in your quotation.
- Working days: Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays, Diwali, Holi and Ganpati Visarjan.
- Your part: stage timelines start once we have the information and approvals we need from you.
2. Digital resources: available straight away
Paid and free resources (sample sets, ebooks and other downloads) are available in your account immediately after payment. If a download does not work, write to hello@ongrid.design and we will fix it or send you a working copy.
3. Printed drawing sets
Where your package includes printed sets:
- Where we ship: by courier to an address in India, at no extra charge. We can also ship outside India at cost: the courier charge is quoted to you separately before dispatch, and any customs duties or import taxes in your country are payable by you.
- When: dispatched within 7 working days of the final drawing issue, with the courier tracking details sent to you.
- Delivery time: usually 3 to 7 days after dispatch within India. International delivery depends on the destination and the courier.
- Damage in transit: if a set arrives damaged, tell us within 7 days of delivery, with a photo, and we will reprint it free. Re-delivery is free within India; outside India, the courier charge is at cost.
